4) Design a Change Management Estrategy & Plan for your project
We will work closely for you to apply change management within your project. For this, we will have weekly theoretical/practical sessions to adjust the entire plan for your project and access to a closed group in order to share experiences. The program will be developed through 7 live online sessions, individual mentoring (for the full version) and small-group activities from our learning community.
