Privacy Policy

A) Declaration
The Change Lab (Cambio y Transformación Consultores SPA) is concerned about the protection of the User's personal data. Your right to make informed decisions regarding the use of your information is very important to The Change Lab. This privacy policy explains the policy of thechangelab.cl on the collection, use, storage, communication and protection of personal data.

The User guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the data entered. The Change Lab will not be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the User.

The Change Lab reserves the right to request any additional proof and/or data in order to corroborate the veracity of these, as well as to use various means to identify the User and to review or verify the veracity of the information provided.
The user can always ask The Change Lab to update his/her personal data and to exercise the rights provided for in Law Nº19.628 on the Protection of Privacy.

B) Express Consent
i) Users expressly consent that the information provided, at the time of using the Portal, be processed and communicated by The Change Lab, together with the other information indicated in this Privacy Policy clause, so that the User may be contacted by The Change to offer professional services or invitations to activities.

C) Data Collection
The Change Lab automatically stores the User's data, for example when the User contacts The Change Lab either personally or by answering questions by mail, fax, through the Portal. The Change Lab may also collect information when the User visits the Portal. This information can be the IP address of the computer, information about the operating system and browser used, the site from which the User arrived at the Portal or the time and date of his visit and activity, this only for purposes of administration and security of the system in accordance with Article 4 of Law No. 19.628 on Protection of Privacy ("Data Protection Act"), to treat your personal data that you provide us when buying our products and/or using or contracting our services, through any of our communication or sales channels, both face-to-face and remotely.

Personal data" means your name, RUT, address, telephone, email, geolocation data, use and visit of the website and browsing history. Likewise, you authorize us to contact you through physical or digital means such as email, Facebook, or text messages (SMS), or WhatsApp or other similar platforms, to the cell phone number you provide us, in order to send you information related to the purposes indicated below:

  • Professional Services
  • Certification Services
  • Invitations to seminars, lectures or face-to-face or digital meetings
  • Delivery of literary material (books, e-books)

Use of Cookies: The Portal uses Google Analytics (hereinafter "Google Analytics"), which is a web analytics service provided by Google. This tool uses "cookies", files that are stored in the User's browser to collect general information about the way the User uses the Portal: pages visited, time spent on the Portal, age, gender, etc.

The information generated by the aforementioned cookies about the User's behavior, as well as their IP addresses, is transmitted by the browser to Google servers in the USA and other countries. On behalf of The Change Lab, Google will use this information for the purpose of generating reports on the activity occurring on the Portal, also offering additional services for user behavior. IP addresses collected by Google Analytics will not be associated with other information that Google may have stored in other services. All information collected is general and does not allow to carry out a personal identification of the User.

D) Communication of personal data by The Change Lab
The Change Lab does not sell, rent, communicate or transmit the User's personal data to any person who is not a company or person related to The Change Lab or who is not related to the subscription of the products requested by the User.

E) Elimination of cookies and personal data
If the User so desires, he/she may voluntarily eliminate the use of information storage cookies at any time through the settings in his/her browser. You should be aware that this may cause the Portal not to function to its full potential.
Additionally, the User may stop the transmission of information through cookies by downloading and installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on(http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

On the other hand, to request the complete deletion of all the information provided in the portal, you can do so by indicating your RUT and email to contact info@thechangelab.cl. The portal will have 48 working hours to delete the data.

Security Policy

A) Security Tips
We consider it important to inform you of the existence of a type of electronic fraud known as "Phishing", whose purpose is to steal your personal data through emails, messages or very convincing phone calls that may appear to come from The Change Lab, but are not, requesting data such as user names, passwords, identity cards, among others.

To avoid being a victim of this type of fraud, always keep these tips in mind: Do not answer emails, messages or phone calls that ask you for personal information, an official or employee of The Change Lab will NEVER ask you for your personal password. Be wary of emails whose origin you do not know, we suggest you do not open them and delete them immediately. If you do read them, we recommend that you do not open attachments, as this is the most common way to contaminate a computer with viruses or malicious software.
