Gabriela Prado

Founder and International Speaker

Master of Science in Human Behavior, University of Southern California, USA; Organizational Psychologist and Diploma in Organizational Development from the Catholic University of Chile. Extensive experience as Consultant, Facilitator and Coach in Latin America and USA. Certified facilitator in Productive Thinking by ThinkX Intellectual Capital (Canada) and certified facilitator in Managing Innovation by CENTRIM, U. Brighton (England).

He believes that collaboration is infallible and the key when facing any change challenge.

Since 2005 she has accompanied organizations and teams in transformation processes. Curious, passionate about learning and constantly challenging herself, Gaby founded The Change Lab convinced of the impact and value of Change Management.

With extensive experience in technology implementations in various industries and highly complex transformation processes, he believes that collaboration is infallible and the key when facing any change challenge.

A lover of sharing a good (and lots of) coffee and good company, Gaby brings tremendous value from her strategic vision, optimism and frankness that you will always want to have around, whether in her role as a consultant, facilitator, mother, friend or strategic partner.


Andres Zanetta

Partner and Project Manager

Commercial Engineer, certified in Scrum scheme of work, with postgraduate level specialization in innovation management and project management - Master in Innovation (PUC, 2016) and Master of Project Management (The University of Sydney, 2018).

With extensive experience in project management at an organizational level, he has led initiatives in the field of technological solutions, process improvement and highly complex transformation initiatives.

Andrés believes that life is a journey of constant learning, where every circumstance, event or experience offers the opportunity to reflect and reformulate our beliefs. So, whether with clients or with friends, he emphasizes the value of sharing different perspectives on things in a good conversation.

With extensive experience in project management at the organizational level, he has led initiatives in the field of technology solutions, process improvement projects and highly complex transformation initiatives.

His optimism and commitment combine perfectly with his great ability to manage projects effectively, almost as comparable to his talent as a footballer.

Barbara Pineda

Barbara (or Barbs) is an enthusiastic, energetic, knowledge-oriented person who is constantly learning. You will always find her studying or researching on a topic that expands her perspective on things.

She is passionate about participating in experiences that allow her to collaborate with diverse and creative people on challenging projects, as she believes that change is part of human evolution and that adapting will require more collaboration and less individualism.

A consultant since its inception, she has experience accompanying organizations in Organizational Development, Change Management, Digital and Cultural Transformations projects in a wide and varied portfolio of clients.

Always very excellence oriented, she prefers to relax outdoors in her free time, walking or stopping for a while to read a good book, ending the day with a nice pizza and an ice cold beer.


Sofia Zapata

Sofi is a very visual person, she likes to keep up with new learning dynamics. She enjoys interacting with nature and her creative ability allows her to adapt to any kind of environment.

She is a woman oriented to detail and to the fulfillment of goals; she likes to vision and project herself in the place where she is in order to feel more skilled and to be able to constantly contribute to her work team.


Claudio Robles

Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. His experience has been focused on information analysis, reporting and project planning in organizations of different industries.
